carya at the library April 21

April 21 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

| Free
As part of the 50+ Lecture Series we present: Art, Therapy, Aging and You

Art therapy and other forms of therapy can be a catalyst for self exploration and understanding.

Join counsellors from carya, a not-for-profit human services organization, to learn about what to expect from therapy. Getting involved in therapy later in life can improve mental and physical health, reduce loneliness and taps into our creative spirit. Experiential activities are included.
