This 9 week interactive group is designed to help you increase your knowledge about making positive choices and learn practical skills on how to make those choices.
Our main focusses are:
- Healthy aging
- Nutrition and Health
- Loss and Grief
- Interpersonal Communication
- Stress Management
This group meets each Tuesday commencing April 4 until May 30.
