Facilitating Skills for Self-Esteem
The Nurture Yourself Program provides seminars that teach valuable techniques to empower individuals in further developing their self-esteem.
This four-day seminar is open to qualified professionals, particularly counsellors, psychologists and social workers who work with individuals seeking help in the areas of self-esteem and empowerment.
Participants will learn key concepts of self-esteem, self-awareness and the basic components of the Holistic Model of Self-Esteem.
Presentation skills and an understanding of group dynamics will also be taught to optimize delivery of a presentation. Participants will also create a personalized version of the materials and program knowledge and give a tailored Nurture Yourself presentation while receiving feedback.
This training model can be adapted to your organization’s particular needs.
