When our emotions get out of control they can damage relationships, affect success in the workplace, weaken health and erode contentment and joy. If you are struggling to control your anger, carya’s Anger Management workshop can help.
Anger is often a front for feelings like sadness, frustration, loneliness or powerlessness. By becoming aware of what’s really going on, you can change your outlook for the better.
In carya’s 10-week Anger Management workshop, you’ll learn:
- to challenge yourself and take charge of your emotions in a new way
- productive ways to handle anger and stress
- appropriate confrontation skills
- how to handle criticism
- how humour can alleviate many of life’s stresses
- to improve relationships with coworkers, bosses, friends, children and partners
- to identify and challenge unrealistic expectations
This group is not designed for those with current charges or fulfilling legal mandates.
Once we receive your registration, you will get a follow-up phone call from our Intake Coordinator to make sure that this course will be a good fit for you, and discuss the course fee.
Anger Management is offered on a sliding fee scale. Your fee will be assessed after you have registered and have gone through the screening process.
