Making Room: Hoarding Support Group
Compulsive hoarding, as defined by Frost and Hartl, is “The acquisition of, and failure to discard, a large number of possessions. The living spaces within the home area are so cluttered that the space cannot be used for their intended purposes, and the clutter causes significant distress and/or impairment.”
Hoarding is a very real and difficult challenge, but carya offers hope and support for many older adults facing the issue.
