Gentle Fitness (Fit2Age)
EVERY MONDAY 11:15 AM – 12:15 PM

Maintaining muscle mass can help reduce falls and improve your overall well-being. Join us every week for some gentle exercises and a chat with neighbours and friends!

Arts ‘N’ Ends – Painting
EVERY TUESDAY 11:15 AM – 2:15 PM

Incorporate textures and contrasts using a dry-brush effect as well as wiping, scratching & lifting out areas of paint.

Move ‘n Mingle
EVERY FRIDAY 10:00 AM – 10:45 AM

The goal is to reduce falls or fall related injuries in seniors by working on core stability, postural alignment, leg strength and balance. The other focus is to help individuals remain independent by increasing flexibility, overall strength, endurance and range of motion.
