Being more mindful can reduce stress and increase gratitude, hope, and vitality. Being kind to your mind takes patience, practice, and repetition. This group provides content and support to help you build mindfulness practices into your everyday life and start seeing the benefits of being kinder to your mind.
What can I expect?
In this group, you will learn about:
- How to focus our attention on the present moment
- How to change automatic thoughts and self-criticism
- How to be kinder to yourself through acceptance and compassion
- How to set goals and integrate mindfulness into your daily routine
