.Understanding ADHD in adulthood can be a challenge.
Minds in Motion is a group to support adults living with ADHD. Balancing learning with social connection, the group offers a supportive space to understand ADHD’s impact on everyday life better, develop practical skills for managing common challenges, and explore personal strengths. Through discussion, reflection, and shared experiences, participants can build confidence, foster self-compassion, and connect with others navigating similar journeys.
What can I expect?
Participants will increase their understanding of ADHD and how it impacts their lives. They will also have the opportunity to connect with others who are also on a journey with adult ADHD. The course will have a practical component and participants can expect to come away with some practical skills for managing some of the challenges that might arise when navigating adult ADHD.
