Play Lab provides a space for parents, caregivers, and children to connect through fun activities, build emotional skills, and enjoy quality time together.
Following the play session, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on the experience through meaningful conversations with our facilitators and other parents.
What can I expect?
In this group, you’ll learn fun and engaging play activities, such as songs and rhymes, to increase attachment with your child. Facilitators will demonstrate activities for you and your child to do together. We will then come together in a circle to discuss these experiences.
This group is facilitated by the same two facilitators each week.
Is Play Lab for me?
Play Lab is designed for parents and caregivers of children
ages 3-5, offering a space to deepen their connection and understanding of their little ones. It’s also a wonderful opportunity to connect with other parents who have children in the same age group.
