Experiencing grief and loss is a normal part of being human. Good Grief offers a supportive space to learn about grief and the role it can play in our lives.
Through guided discussion and practical tools, we’ll explore the many ways grief can be experienced, including different types of loss and how grief can show up day to day. Together, we’ll build understanding of our responses and emotions as we process loss, and consider how we might support ourselves and others through grief.
