Healthy Relationship Workshop Series

These workshops are offered by the YW and are intended to support participants with tools related to healthy relationships.

Participants can expect to learn in a small group setting from experienced facilitators from our partners at the YW. Workshops are 1.5 hours in length and offer information to suit a variety of needs. Participants will learn how about values, communication and stress and how these impact their relationships. Participants can expect to leave the workshop with tools that will support them in having healthy relationships with others.

Staying Cool in Conflict

Learn to identify how stress and conflict can impact the health of relationships. Join the workshop to learn new approaches to conflict in your life, treat yourself with compassion, and keep your relationships safe and healthy.

Learn how to confidently confront stress in your life. In this workshop, you will learn about different kinds of stress, how toxic stress and trauma can affect our brain, and skills to combat toxic stress.

Participants will learn more about stress in this workshop, focusing on everyday stress. This workshop introduces realistic coping skills that support healthy relationships.
