Parent Chat offers a warm and welcoming space for you to connect with others who understand the journey of parenting.
This program provides an opportunity to share both the joys and challenges of parenthood with others who truly understand. Each session encourages open dialogue, offering you a chance to learn from and support each other in a nurturing environment.
What can I expect?
In this group, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with
other parents who are navigating similar experiences and challenges. Through guided discussions, the conversation will focus on topics that are most relevant to you, such as transitions, sleep, feeding, emotional regulation, separation anxiety, sibling relationships, managing big emotions, parenting styles, and communication—covering all aspects of parenting.
The group is facilitated by the same two professionals each week, creating a consistent and supportive environment.
