5 Senses Mindfulness Workshop (18+)
For Adults (18+).
Slow down, tune in, and experience the present moment in a whole new way. In this interactive workshop, you’ll explore mindfulness through the lens of your five senses—sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell. Guided activities will invite you to notice subtle details you often overlook, helping you reconnect with your body, surroundings, and inner calm. You’ll leave with simple, practical techniques you can use anytime to reduce stress, improve focus, and bring more presence into your daily life.
