This group provides content and support to help you build mindfulness practices into your everyday life and start seeing the benefits of being kinder to your mind.
What can I expect?
In this group, you will learn about:
- How to focus our attention on the present moment
- How to change automatic thoughts and self-criticism
- How to be kinder to yourself through acceptance and compassion
- How to set goals and integrate mindfulness into your daily routine
