Through the Building Resilience group, you will learn with others through facilitated content and group conversations to gain a better understanding of resilience and its importance to our well-being and develop tools to navigate and thrive in the face of challenges.

In this group, you will learn about:
- What resilience is and how it can support us in overcoming challenges.
- How to cultivate a more resilient mindset.
- The connection between out thoughts and how to step away from negative thinking patterns.
- Motivation and how it relates to stress and resilience.
- Stress, its impact on resilience and how we can effectively cope using action and surrender.
