Intro to Anxiety

What can I expect?
In Intro to Anxiety Management, participants will begin to understand what causes their body to have an anxiety response. They will also learn about the Sphere of Control and how to consider activators using that tool. Different calming strategies will also be considered and practiced as ways to manage and minimize an anxiety response.
