What can I expect?
Participants will gain an understanding of the ABC Model and how to consider their behaviours through that lens. Participants will also learn and practice skills to help them better manage negative, intrusive thoughts.

Introduction to Anxiety Management

What can I expect?
Participants will begin to understand what causes their body to have an anxiety response. They will also learn about the Sphere of Control and how to consider activators using that tool. Different calming strategies will also be considered and practiced as ways to manage and minimize an anxiety response.
