An 8-week group for older adults designed to improve your understanding of various challenges related to aging and what it means to ‘age well’.

The transition to retirement, changing physical health and adjusting to the needs of aging can cause stress in our lives.

What can I expect?

In this group, you will gain a greater understanding of what it means to age well, build connections with others, explore the importance of nutrition and health, thoughts & feelings, grief & loss and forgiveness.

Is Healthy Living for Older Adults for me?

This group is for older adults, and anyone interested in aging well. Group material is suited to those living in or transitioning to their senior years. (At Carya, we believe that you get to decide who is and is not a senior!)
