Time to Grow is an opportunity for adults who are looking to return to learning and are facing barriers to their learning (e.g. the cost of courses, challenges with school).
This group will help you build confidence and develop communication skills, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-awareness. Groups are seven weeks long and focus on themes that help you build skills for your life. Sessions include topics on self-esteem, confidence, self-compassion and much more!
