Step into a world of holiday magic and creativity! In this hands-on class series, you’ll learn festive baking and decorating skills, from crafting charming cookies and elegant meringue trees to mastering icing, piping, fondant, and chocolate molding. You’ll bake and build all the components for a grand gingerbread chateau, then bring it to life with your own unique designs. By the end, you’ll take home a stunning holiday centrepiece (and plenty of new skills) to wow friends and family
