Carya’s Top Chef

Serving up mental health support in the Calgary Community.

On Thursday, October 17, 2024, four local do-gooders will come together in Carya’s kitchen to test their skills in a friendly culinary competition.

Competitors will be paired with a local chef who will help hone their skills ahead of the cookoff and will serve as a sous chef during the event. During the competition, participants will have one hour to prepare, plate and serve their dish to a panel of judges and one participant will be crowned Carya’s Top Chef.

Competitors will help raise critical funds and awareness for Carya’s mental health and counselling programs which support thousands of Calgarians each year.
