Youth Anxiety Management
We’re excited to announce a brand new carya program for youth and parents starting in February. Cool Kids and Chilled work with children aged 10-15 years old and their parents or caregivers in a 10-week program to help build strategies and skills in managing anxiety.
Chilled (ages 13-15) starts February 23rd, 5:30pm, online; Cool Kids (ages 10-12) starts February 24, 5:30pm, Village Commons
Prime Time Parenting Workshops
Learn to raise healthy, caring children while taking the time to care for yourself. This workshop series will help you understand your child’s brain development, set healthy boundaries, and learn skills that will help you enjoy the parenting journey. Attend all six workshops, or choose the workshops you’re interested in.

Mindful Parenting
An eight-week workshop series that will equip parents and caregivers with new skills to help build thriving family relationships. Wherever you are in your parenting journey, this workshop series will help improve your skills at navigating growth, conflict, emotions, and transitions.

Matched Savings Circle, In-Person and Virtual
Save $5-50 each month in this program, and put your extra money towards something that will help you move forward in your life – like tuition, tools for work and education, household goods, health care costs, or a contribution to your Emergency Fund. Every $1 you save will be matched up to $3.

Matched Savings Information Sessions
Join Iris from carya‘s Community Financial Wellness team for an online information session to learn about our Matched Savings Program! In these six-month programs, you’ll learn about money management and good saving habits from a trained facilitator.

Community Financial Wellness Book Club
Join Suzanne for a great read and even better conversation. This online book club will spend eight weeks reading and discussing ‘Happy Go Money – Spend Smart, Save Right and Enjoy Life’ by Melissa Leong. Laugh, reflect and learn about financial wellness while meeting new people and sharing money tips and tricks. The book will be provided to you in either print or audio format.

I Am Enough!
This 8-week workshop will help you meet new people, grow, and learn new practices to apply to your life. Journey together through topics like self-esteem and confidence, self-identity, creating strong relationships and healthy communication with those we care about

Creative Expressions
This 8-week group for older adults uses various materials to explore creative ways to use art for self-expressions and emotional well-being. No previous art experience is required.

A 10-week virtual group for older adults experiencing difficulties with clutter, excess acquiring and/or difficulties discarding.
