Time to Grow: Shift Happens!
This 7-week free workshops series will connect adults in and around the East Village neighbourhood to share and grow in meaningful conversations. Most of us have been navigating a lot of changes, shifts, and uncertainties over the last two years, and this workshop will help you learn new tools to make your way through life’s ups and downs.
Mondays September 13 – November 1, 1pm-3pm, at Village Commons. Free child minding and snacks.
Prime Time Parenting Groups
Learn to raise healthy, caring children while taking the time to care for yourself. This free workshop series will cover topics including Brain Development, Understanding Feelings and Communicating Respect, Stress, Family Rules and Boundaries. Registration is required.

Mindful Parenting
Free eight-week workshop series for parents and caregivers to develop knowledge and skills to improve family relationships and help children thrive.

Savings Circle: Matched Savings Group
In this free, six month online program you’ll learn about money management and good saving habits. You’ll be able to put your savings towards something that will improve your life, like tuition, tools for work or school, household items, or an emergency fund.

This 8-week online course will help you understand and identify feelings of grief and loss, and learn techniques to help you recover from difficult experiences.

Creative Expressions
This 8-week group for older adults uses various materials to explore creative ways to use art for self-expressions and emotional well-being. No previous art experience is required.

Relationships With Your Adult Children
This free 9-week group offers education, support and resources to older adults (65+) residing in Calgary who are grappling with relationships issues with their adult children.

Act Out
Act Out! uses fun drama games and scenes to help youth build confidence by expressing themselves and situations they have faced or might face in their everyday life as adolescents. No previous drama experience is required.
